selectInputDate popup not working properly with ICEfaces 2.0-compat

            Description

            When placing more than one popup on selectInputDate on same view page, the popup will not work properly. Also a problem if a single popup is on the page. If two of these components are on the page, and one is popup and the other isn't (as in case of component-showcase), then it does work.

                There is a framework null pointer exception when running compat showcase. See screenshot-1. Despite this, the app. continues to run.

                The calendar seems to work OK even with two popups on the same page. See video at http://screencast.com/t/ZTRlMmU1.

                The set method in the backing bean does not appear to be called when manually changing the date and I am not sure that multiple popup date components work on the same screen.
