Toggling the rendering of ice:panelGroup with nested ice:inputRichText Throwing javascript error in IE

            Do not toggle the renderability of the component. If the panelGroup is removed and the component is rendered in the page, the javascript error does not show up.

            Description

            The training application has a panelGroup with a rendered attribute bound to a boolean in the backing bean. The panelGroup contains an html table with an ice:inputRichText component. The page initially renders without the inputRichText, but when the boolean is toggled to render the parent panelGroup the following javascript error shows up:

            Error on page.

            Error:'submit.tagName' is null or not an object'
