panelTooltip throws JavaScript error in IE

            Description

            After a panelTooltip is displayed and the user moves the mouse over a disabled commandButton a JavaScript error is thrown in IE. This seems to only happen when the tooltip is set to be displayed on "hover". When displayed on click the error isn't thrown.

              You have to do it many times in IE7 mode before the error shows. See screenshots 1 and 2.
