Description
User events in the auction demo are not being captured and serialized to the server. The symptom is that the application essentially functions, but full page refresh occurs.
The Firefox error console displays:
Error: submitEvent is not defined

The source of the problem appears to be submitEvent() being renamed to submit() in application.js and undefined "additionalParameters" in submit.js
