Add auto-fill support to ICEfaces in IE

            A workaround would be to use a basic JSP or HTML page to get the auto-fill to work, then navigate to an ICEfaces page after the login.

            Description

            When submitting a login form with a commandButton the AutoComplete Password notification does not pop up, allowing a user to save their password in the application. This functionality does work with Firefox.

            The reason that the notification does not show is due to IE not recognizing a JavaScript submit as a login submit. http://blogs.msdn.com/ieinternals/archive/2009/09/11/Troubleshooting-Stored-Login-Problems-in-IE.aspx
