            Description

            The YUI drag and drop API provides classes for dragging and dropping DIVs, classes for dialogs, a class for a panelPositioned equivalent, complete with many flags and listeners. We should wrap those APIs, in ways that makes sense for ICEfaces, to expose those capabilities in components.
