Description
It is useful to verify when views have been disposed.
Logging can now be configured for DisposeViews as follows:
log4j.logger.com.icesoft.faces.webapp.http.core.DisposeViews=debug
To enable logging like the following:
DEBUG - Views disposed for Ukjr2wvYP3EH7dPz3J5i6g. Remaining views: {2=View[Ukjr2wvYP3EH7dPz3J5i6g:2]} - com.icesoft.faces.webapp.http.core.DisposeViews

Note that this is only relevant for concurrentDOMViews=true. It would also be useful for diagnostic purposes to be able to dump the complete set of views active in the application.
