An unparked pending request should send a Close response when the ICEfaces ID is valid but has no View Numbers associated to it.

            Description

            When a pending request has been unparked, a Close response should be send back when the ICEfaces ID is still valid but it has no View Numbers associated to it. The old logic still applies as well: if the ICEfaces ID is not valid a Close response should still be send.

              I added a hasViews(String ICEfacesID) method to the SessionManager in order to check if the specified ICEfacesID has View Numbers associated with it. This method is now used when a pending Request is unparked using the described logic. Marking this one as FIXED.
