View Number disposed should only unpark a pending request if the ICEfaces ID does not have any View Numbers associated to it.

            Description

            When a View Number Disposed Event is received by the Push Server, it should only unpark a pending request in order to send the Close response if the ICEfaces ID has no View Numbers associated to it anymore.
