            Description


            ExtVal also requires components to be added to the default RenderKit, so requires that the ICEfaces RenderKit delegate to it.

            Suggested change is to add the following constructor:

                public D2DRenderKit(RenderKit delegateRenderKit)
                {
                    this();
                    this.delegateRenderKit = delegateRenderKit;
                }
