Add demo for the ice:panelConfirmation component to the Component Showcase sample apps.

            Description

            The ice:panelConfirmation component was added in the ICEfaces 1.8.0 release (ICE-3995), but we haven't exposed this new component in the Component Showcase application yet.

            We need a new demo entry for "Confirmation Dialog" that will demonstrate the panelConfirmation component being used with a commandButton and commandLink component. Maybe have a checkbox that would enable / disable the panelConfirmation on the commandButton and commandLink so users can see it working and "normal" without it?
