selectInputText drop down displays in the wrong place when long text is entered

            Description

            If a user enters in a long block of text into the input field of the selectInputText component, the drop down list is displayed where the long text starts and not directly under the input field. This issue can be reproduced in the online Component Suite in IE, Safari, and Chrome. This issue can't be reproduced in Firefox.
