Eclipse tooling created sample page won't show up immidiately after project is created

            Description

            in ICEfaces Eclipse Tooling v3.4.2, a sample icefaces page and index.jsp are created (configurable) to help newbie to start to work with. But the sample page won;t show up immidiately after project is created sometimes it requires refresh.
