Draggable table contents inside of panelDivider scroll outside of their row

            Description

            Having a dataTable inside of panelDivider along with the contents of the table cells being surrounded by a panelGroup with draggable set to true causes a strange scrolling condition that only occurs after having moused over the table. This only occurs in IE. This issue is tied to ICE-4485 in that they have a panelDivider inside of an panelGroup that is using overflow:auto and position relative as per the panelGroup TLD.

              Stripped page down to just the table, and the problem still occurs. So this problem has nothing to do with the containing group panel, divider panel and tab panel. Also, if I change draggable to false, the problem disappears. So this problem is caused solely by the cell contents being draggable. See attached ScreenHunter_02.jpg.
