Move D2DViewHandler.findComponentInView method

            Description

            This call is on the D2DViewHandler so it would be best to either get rid of it or move it somewhere more logical for ICEfaces 2.0 compatibility (e.g. utility class). The call has a "looser/fuzzier" behaviour than other findComponent* type calls. It's intended to be used in focus support. We should understand if it's still required, and whether there is JSF 20 mechanisms for doing the same thing.
