inputFile display issue in IE when Windows is set to display 120 DPI

      Description

      When windows is set to display at 120 DPI (Larger font, icons, etc). The inputFile component does not render properly. The Upload button is pushed down to the next line from the input field and Browse button and is 98% hidden, making clicking on the Upload button very hard. This issue can be reproduced on the online component showcase.

        There is a width attribute for the file upload tag. Just set it to a large value. It has been set to 600 in component showcase to fix the problem.
