Sluggish drag and drop demo in IE 8 final

            Description

            Drag and drop demo seems sluggish in IE 8. While you are dragging a item, sometimes a stop sign appeared and you couldn't drag it anymore.
            Release mouse button will make the item sticky to the cursor and move it over the target and click mouse button again finishes the drop action.
