Not setting action or actionListener on sub-menuItem breaks the tab order

            Set an action or actionListener to the menuItem.

            Description

            If a sub-menuItem that has children menuItem's does not have its action or actionListener method set the tab order is broken. When tabbing through the menuItem's tabbing is broken when it reaches a sub-menuItem that has child menuItem's and no action event set to it. The tabbing seems to loop between the first menuItem and the sub-menuItem, it won't move to other components after the sub-menuItem. The action/actionListener does not need to do anything.
