I'm grouping these two issues together, because they rely on each other, and are fairly coupled.

In the component/doc directory, there's three sets of documentation, the English one in the root, the English one in the en subdirectory, and the Spanish one in the es subdirectory. We should remove the duplication of there being two English sets of documentation.

In the samples/component-showcase/facelets-enh/src/org/icefaces/application/showcase/view/jaxb/resources directory there are three application_structure.xml files, two of which are English, and one of which is Spanish. The only difference between these files is that their resource paths point to the respective language subdirectories in the component/doc directory. We should, at least, remove the duplication of English. But, it would be nice if there was some way of refactoring the files so that only the different paths would be in separate files.

This might not be feasible at all, but maybe we should consider a solution that would work for the facelets and jsp versions of component-showcase too, to remove the redundancy of all three variants of the component-showcase using different means of specifying the navigation panel.
