Tabbing out of selectInputDate text box does not throw validation error when required=true

            Description

            For the selectInputDate component, if required is set to true and the user tabs our of the input field the validation for the required is not fired. If the user hits the enter key then validation error message appears. The validation for an improper value works for tabbing out, just the validation for the required functionality does not work.
