dataPaginator broken when in page fragment

            Description

            dataPaginator and table are embedded in .jspf file being included in .jsp page using <jsp:directive.include file="....jspf"/> tag.
            In ICEfaces 1.7.1 the dataPaginators functioned as expected; in 1.7.2 the buttons no longer work (they DO submit the page, but have no effect).

            Attached forum reference describes a simple example to recreate the issue.
