            Description

            The specification for <%@ include file="relativeURL" %> and <jsp:directive.include file="relativeURL" />
            indicate relative URLs, however ICEfaces requires a web application context relative path.

                Marking as Closed / Invalid as part of legacy ICEfaces 1.x, 2.x JIRA cleanup.
