menuItems has bug with action and actionListener

            Always use explicit ids with the MenuItem components you create for your ice:menuItems. And make them in your constructor, and just return them in the List getter method.

            Description

            If you specify an action or actionListener on ice:menuItems, it throws an exception from not finding an enclosing form.

                I found an this old issue

                So the solution is to build the menuItem in the constructor and not in the getter.
