fileupload throws IllegalStateException for seam-comp-showcase-1.7.1 and jboss-4.2.3.GA

            Description

            No active application scope is the IllegalStateException. (used to get these all the time with Conversation scope as it wasn't restored until after RESTORE_VIEW). File upload is still accomplished, but get the stack trace on the server log.
