ice:panelPopup resizable attribute does not work

            Description

            Setting the resizable attribute to true does nothing. The popup cannot be resized nor does it show the ability to be resized.

                Marked "Won't Fix" for this JIRA as there are commits against it for 1.8.1 that simply update the TLD docs to indicate this is not supported.

                On second thought, it might be better to keep this attribute but document it as "This attribute is currently unsupported." in the TLD docs so we don't break backwards compatibility with any apps. that might be specifying this attribute now (even though it doesn't do anything).

                It looks like we have a resizable attribute on the panelPopup component, even though we don't currently support resizing of this component. We should remove the attribute until such time as we add this feature.
