Description
If a modal popup is displayed and the session is expired the "User Session has Expired" popup message goes under the modal popup and under the grayed out region. This can be a problem if the popup is centered and not dragable which makes the notification that the session has expired not shown and there for makes the page not usable until a refresh has occurred.
