Description
When the value attribute is binded to a backing bean, updating from the backing bean does not cause the component to show the new value unless you refresh the page.

The fix works.
But there is another issue.
The value is changed to the initial value (which was displayed when the FCKeditor/InputRichText was loaded for the first time) when other components perform partial submit.
Please read the forum post http://www.icefaces.org/JForum/posts/list/9012.page and I have also attached a sample project http://www.icefaces.org/JForum/posts/downloadAttach/2169.page.
I tested the sample project with the JARs including the fix for this issue.
