Update Royale connection status icons

            Description

            The Royale theme connection status icons do not currently have a transparent background. Also the active icon has strange half circle icons on the left and right sides of the animated gif.

            This bug will track changes need to make the icons have a transparent background as well as a clean up of the circle state of the action icon.
