            Description

            For websphere 6.1:

            xml-api.jar should NOT be bundled in the application
            xercesImpl.jar may not be bundled (recommend to exclude)


            For websphere 6.0.2:

            xml-api.jar & xercesImpl.jar: both should NOT be bundled
