addition of new commandSortHeader ascending and descending icons

            Description

            New style classes where added to in 1.7 beta1 to allow users of commandSortHeader to use custom icons for the ascending and descending state of the sorted column.

            The new style classes are iceCmdSrtHdrAsc and .iceCmdSrtHdrDesc . The xp and royale themes should be updated to use these new CSS class names.
