Sample app. builds targeting JSF1.2 shouldn't include xerces or xml-api jar files

            Description

            When building an ICEfaces sample application and targeting a JSF1.2 build, the following jar files should *not * be included in the .war file as they are already present in JDK 1.5, which is a pre-requisite for JSF 1.2 projects:

            - xerces.jar
            - xml-api.jar

            The sample app. builds should be revised to not include these two jars in the .war file if the build is for jsf12="".

              build scripts for sample applications have already omitted the two jars in building war file for jsf1.2 version.
