onclick missing on menuItem

            Description

            The onclick attribute does not work in conjunction with ice:menuItem. Even if added at a page level, it doesn't seem to render on the page or be passed through to the component.

            In this specific case, we cannot add Loopfuse javascript based tracking to menuItem links.

              I added an "onclick" attribute to MenuItem, and made the MenuItemRenderer pass that on to the generated anchor tag.
