Description
When moving the divider in a panelDivider a dark green color is used for the divider that moves with the mouse.
This color is too saturated and will clash with most color schemes being used on the page.
The color, width/height of the divider should be specified in a style class and defined as part of the theme (XP, Royale, etc.).
Also, the default color should be XOR white so that on a white background it will be the XOR (black) color of things it passes over while being moved.
Not sure but it seems like the resizable dataTable columns already uses the XOR color.
