component metadata shouldn't have value attribute for some UICommands

            Description

            The TLD documentation for the following UICommand derived components includes stock information for the value attribute. The problem is that for them we're not explicitly defining "&value-props;" but somehow are inferring it from their extending UICommand. These components do not use the value attribute, so we shouldn't list it in the TLD.
