update seam-icefaces applications to allow for components to load proper messages bundle - insert new try/catch to provide information to users

            Description

            default configuration for any app that is seam-generated will put location of messages bundle into WEB-INF/lib. Since component-showcase has different location, seam-comp-showcase mirrored this, but the f:loadbundle tag is not the only resource requiring the proper path of the bundle. Must ensure that faces-config has proper path to this resource. Try/Catch in MessageUtils for information regarding this is required so applications don't blow up.
