ICEfaces AHS: AsyncHttpServer is started again when AsyncHttpServlet is destroyed

      Description

      The AsyncHttpServer is started again when the AsyncHttpServlet is destroyed. This is probably due to a auto-completion mistake ;-)

        This required a simple fix. In the destroy() method of the AsyncHttpServlet the AsyncHttpServer actually got started again if it existed. Now it gets stopped instead of started. Marking this one as FIXED.
