XHTML: <select>, using attribute not defined by DTD

      Description

      When using the readonly="true" attribute-value pair in the <ice:selectManyListbox>, <ice:selectManyMenu>, <ice:selectOneListbox>, <ice:selectOneMenu> components, the <select> element contains the readonly="readonly" attribute-value pair, but this attribute is not defined by the DTD for this element.

          The "readonly" attribute is defined by the JSF spec, besides that its not being rendered by default. It will be only rendered if the user will define one. So I don't think if it has to be removed.

          This info should go into the docs, to let developers know to not to define "readonly" if the DTD compatibility is required.
