                ICEsoft Public SVN Repository #15222 Wed Nov 21 17:03:33 MST 2007 art.zambrano ICE-2394 XHTML: now <ice:form> is not rendered with the invalid attribute 'context_type', did this by commenting out lines 181 and 182. Also, fixed the <script> element that appears after <form> to be rendered with the type="text/javascript" attribute-value pair, which is required
