XHTML: standard JSF components, <img> missing required attribute

            Description

            The attribute 'alt' is required for the <img> element, but it is not being rendered unless the user adds it to the <ice:graphicImage> tag. Also, when using the scrollable="true" attribute-value pair in <ice:dataTable>, the <img> elements do not contain the required 'alt' attribute.
