Some portlet request attributes are not properly retained in standardRequest mode

            Description

            Certain custom request attributes (from ICEfaces and Liferay) are not properly retained in standardRequest mode. They get cleared out with each incoming Ajax request but never properly re-instated because they are added by the portal container or the ICEfaces framework and not by the client.
