outputConnectionStatus images for Royale theme should be transparent

            Description

            The images used to render the various status for the outputConnectionStatus component when using the Royale theme have a solid white background color. It would be better if the images had a transparent background so the background color behind them could be altered by the page developer.

            There is some complexity involved with this as the images use dithering into the background color to remove aliasing, etc.

              This is a "feature" of the theme and will not be fixed. User's can override the default theme images with their own as required, or use an alternate theme.
