Progress bar and File upload do not work on Opera after a page reload

            Description

            1) clear all cache on opera
            2) load the component-showcase application on opera browser
            3) Try progress bar (it works)
            4) Reload the browser
            5) Try progress bar it does not work any more

            Same behavior is seen for file upload component.

            Issue is related to ICE-1872
