allow deployment of seam-comp-showcase to all seam supported AS

            Description

            Use seam-comp-showcase to show that seam/ICEfaces applications can be deployed to all application servers supported by Seam (AS are all ootb and without the EJB3 container). Targets built into the build script for each of the 7 servers:-
                - jboss-4.0.5.GA
                - jboss-4.2.*.GA (done)
                - Tomcat-6.0.14 (done)
                - Tomcat-5.5.20
                - Glassfish
                - WebLogic 9.2
                - WebSphere 6.1

                seam-comp-showcase now deploys to several application servers. (including portlet containers). Will continue to add application server targets as users suggest/require.

                Since Seam-2.0.2.GA distribution, they are no longer distributing jboss-archive-browsing.jar with the samples....Looks like they are using now jboss-common-core.jar to package for deployment to non-jboss AS.

                Seam-Showcase-1.7.0 not working on Tomcat6. Some jar files are missing.

                SEVERE: Exception sending context initialized event to listener instance of class org.jboss.seam.servlet.SeamListener
                org.jboss.seam.InstantiationException: Could not instantiate Seam component: componentDatabase

                Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: exception invoking: startup
                Caused by: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
                Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/jboss/util/file/ArchiveBrowser$Filter

                As of 1.7.0 final release still some work to do with Weblogic (only using FF--seems to work OK with IE6). Still problems with Websphere, but could be due to Seam issues (since the framework tag in components.xml is causing excpeptions and is unable to deploy properly).

                With 1.7.0 final release have working targets for jboss-4.2.x, Tomcat6, Glassfishv2.1, Weblogic10 (kind of), jboss-portal-2.6.4, liferay/Glassfishv2.

                currently all AS listed in build are working. Some work remains on Weblogic 10 (getting inconsistent socket exception which doesn't affect the application and is infrequent)....still should find some time to work it out.
