add s:components page to seam-comp-showcase

            Description

            add a page for the s:components to show that they work well with ICEfaces. The sample will be taken mostly from the seam ui example. Will use hibernate as the persistance management and will include transaction management (so it can all be tested at once). Will have to be able to do this without Stateful Session Beans (to be deployed to all the servers that Seam supports).
