gMap: gMapControls once added cannot be removed from a map

            Description

            1)Open the 'gMapCtrl' page on the test application
            2)Click on the 'change control' button to add the first control
            3)Click on thebutton again to change the control
            4)A new control is added to the map but the old one is not removed

            Although there is only one value binding done for displaying control on map
