multiple inputRichText sharing one toolbar, when put inside dataTable with paginator, changing page disables toolbar

            Description

            behavior is slightly different between the firefox and explorer

            For Firefox:
            Putting multiple inputRichText that share one toolbar inside a ice:dataTable with paginator. When the page is changed, The toolbar either becomes disabled or non-responsive. The toolbar will remain this way until page refresh

            Problem can be duplicated using any of the following instead of ice:dataTable and with the corresponding action:
                panelBorder : disable one of the panels
                panelCollapse : collapse the panel
                panelPositioned : change the positions
                panelStack : switch panels

            For Explorer:
            Not the entire toolbar becomes disabled. However, pressing the save button will generate error page.
