The id attribute for <ice:portlet> component is not set correctly

            Description

            A fix was checked in for 1.7.0 DR2 to improve the setting of the id attribute for the <ice:portlet> component. Unfortunately, the fix was only partially correct. When the namespace is detected in the contructor of the Portlet class, it was not properly set in the superclass which meant that the client ID was not being properly calculated.
