Create new component for selecting Locale dynamically on web-pages

            Description

            Have a component for change locales dynamically where the list of available locales is taken from those listed in faces-config.xml (providing a drop-down of choices). When a user selects the chosen language/locale, then that messages bundle gets loaded dynamically.

            Could also consider doing a similar component for timezone??
