popup for Network Connection terminated appears intermittently between request and response

            Description

            Not sure if this is related or not but also get firebug errors:-

            _236 has no properties
            iceSubmit(undefined, null, submit )icefaces-d2d.js (line 1932)
            onsubmit(submit )

            when this happens.

            A button submits the request and the popup appears, the request is processed and the page is rendered properly (so does not affect program functionality).
