Description
When you have:
<ice:panelTabSet>
<ice:panelTab>
<ice:inputFile>
it works, but when you have:
<ice:panelTabSet>
<ice:panelTab>
<ice:panelTabSet>
<ice:panelTab>
<ice:inputFile>
it doesn't work. An Exception is thrown, which indicates that the algorithm for UploadServlet finding the inputFile component from its ID is not working with the two levels of panelTabSets.
